Anigozanthos (Kangaroo Paw)

Australian plants commonly known as kangaroo paw because of the shape of their flowers. These grass like plants grow well on sandy soils and heat. They do not require a lot of water and are beautifull accent plants.

Bougainvillea

Bougainvillea

Hardy evergreen shrubs that can be grown as climbers or bushes. Very easy to care for and require very little watering. Bougainvilleas have small, tubular flowers each surrounded by 3 colorful, petal-like bracts, borne in large axillary and terminal clusters.


Callistemon

Ebergreen shrubs from Australia. Simple alternate, leathery leaves that are cylindrical to broadly lance-shaped. Callistemons are known for their colorful bottlebrush like spikes of flowers.. Great to grow at the base of a house wall or in a shrub border.


Dianella

Tufted perennial forming clumps of strap-shaped, stiff, rough-margined leaves, to 4ft long, sometimes also producing tall cane-like stems with tufts of smaller leaves at the top.

Cordyline

Evergreen tree-like shrubs perennials resembling palms. The perennials are easy to grow, require very little maintenance and are drought resistant. These plant are great to bring color to your garden, and it's very easy to maintain.


Lantana

Evergreen shrubs grown for their small, 5-lobed, salverform flowers, grouped tightly into runded, flattened or domed, terminal heads. These plants are easily shaped into a hedge and can also be used as groundcover.

Lavender have a very high nectar content, making them particularly attractive to bees. Lavanders are useful for a variety of situations, from a shrub border to a rock garden, and are useful for edging and as a low hedge.

 

Westringia

Evergreen shrubs from dry coastal heathland. They are cultivated for their flowers and foliage. Westringia have rosemary-like leaves produced in whorls of 3-5 and tubular, white to pale blue flowers.

Evergreen shrub with glossy dark green leaves, often toothed and leathery. The flowers are fragrant apple-blossom like, star-shaped, borne in erect, terminal racemens or panicles in spring or summer.
